Please, tell me what software it doesn't have?

Programming? It's almost made for that

Presentations? Libre Office is good (or better) alternative for M$ Office

Animating? 95% of Hollywood studios use linux

Video editing? You have pretty good alternatives out there

Gaming? Yes in this case it's better rely on Windows

And you can run Windows programis in Linux if you didn't know

ps. I don't like Unity either, used it for couple days and switched to KDE SC

Just because it is free, and open source isn't a good reason to use an OS. Companies will almost always pick the OS that has all the software they need, and Linux does NOT have all the software most companies need. Maybe they need to stop making new desktop environment, and start making SOFTWARE . OMG there is almost more Linux desktop environments than there is software for Linux. WE WANT SOFTWARE !!!
