The Edge programmer is installed, and works well. It advances my timing to help with burning veggie oil. There are three settings, stock, 1, and 2. "level 1" increases power some, and is also good on fuel economy, I use this one. "Level 2" increases power a lot, but is bad on fuel. Also it should not be used for a long time, or when towing. I don't use this setting, but it is there.
I discuss the Programmer in video #1.5, starting at 56 seconds into the video.

Great conversion. I have this same Jeep. Where can I buy a veg tank, the Edge tuner, and those smaller filler openings? Thanks for posting this vid!!

@Kevinsouth
I designed the parts myself on autocad, then had a machine shop cut me the parts one-off. I'm sorry, but you can't buy the individual parts.

So, what was the fate of this vehicle, have you sold it?

Yes, I have sold it, but left the videos up just for anyone who is intersted.

Interesting to see that you have a common rail diesel engine running on WVO. I've been researching about the subject but I was told that common rail fuel systems do not "like" the higher viscosity of vegetable oil. Glad to see that even a common rail could handle such a fuel. Any long term issues/reports ?
The majority of WVO conversions I've seen are usually the older model Mercedes 240 or 300D the reason being that their injector pumps usually have no problem with the thicker vegetable oil.

There is over 30,000 miles on VO and it is still running awsome. The only thing to report is that the EGR computer does not like the VO. But the common rail has had absolutly no problem with it.
