Isn't it a shame how the Paul people have to pollute everything they touch? And they always end up with something like, "Ron Paul 2012," as if that last little catchphrase provides them with some moral superiority. Ron Paul supporters are the greatest apologetic as to why libertarianism would not work in the US--that lack the decency and uprightness necessary to live a libertarian life without making themselves a menace to society.

@silverakusame The choice you speak of was already made.  Pregnancy can only occur if sex occurs. So if a pregnancy is not desired, then sex should not occur. And please don't bring up rape and incest as it accounts for 1% of abortions. I have never met a mother who regretted having their child. I have met and cried with too many women who aborted their child. Abortion is not a solution. It is a crime that victimizes everyone involved.

This is an awesome story. I wonder if Santorum (and other republicans) will have a similar revelation that they've decided "not to love" the less fortunate among us, so that it wont hurt to spew hatred and express divisive/heartless political rhetoric.. -shrug-. It is a blessing that Bella pulled through. This helps me understand his sometimes dogmatic pro-life stance. I sympathize with this story greatly, but share the same passion for ALL children, even the ones who have the nerve to be born

I like Santorum as a man, but from a political angle this speech is what kept him in the race in Iowa, which he ended up winning, which is the only reason he is still in the race, so technically this speech saved his campaign.

I was there that night. The sense in the room was amazing. The room was genuinely listening to him. I am a Santorum supporter and I am VERY proud of it. God bless their whole family, and especially beautiful Bella. -3
