I had one EXACTLY like this (color, rally wheels), except it was a 1984 (the only difference was the slats in the grille). The most comfortable car I've ever owned. Parted with it at 170,000 miles and it was still running strong. Kept it completely STOCK and in excellent condition. If you are American/Canadian and don't like the classic rear-wheel drive Cutlass Supreme coupe of this era, you either lack taste or are a pretentious import snob. There's a reason it was America's best selling car.

@906757580 couldnt agree with you more, now all the little crap box cars they make now all look alike....fashion sucks, leadership sucks, entertainment sucks...oh bring back the 1980s
-
@jmar1973 just like i know Newark isnt really all that bad
-
@jmar1973 LMAO i know theres white people and brown people asians everything from Newark i was stereotyping
-
@TheJordanGraff I'll share that one with white people I know from Newark. ;o)
-
@jmar1973 you said your from Newark which already means your black
-
The 1980s...The last truly great decade for everything...Fashions, cars, entertainment, leadership, etc. Sad to see how far we've fallen.

No need for 22" wheels on these cars. They'll just detract from the natural good looks of these classics.

@markmarshall39 Thanks man. Keep these cars looking good. No Olds should ever be turned into a clown car.

hey ladies and gents, if you happen to have one of these, keep it looking good, cause there arent to many of them around, oh and yeah dont put big rims and silly shit on them, not for that!!
@mikesteelheart Yeah, that whole thing is lost on me...
My father has two cars,a 77 Caprice, and my grandmother's 76 Delta 88...I live in the Newark/Elizabeth area,so whenever we take it out, some young kid wants to buy them.
But I'd rather keep them, than have some kid butcher them into hood clown cars.
(Just for the record, before anybody gets the wrong idea,I'm Black.)

@workensmart
Sooooo true!!! Huge bling bling rims take away from the nice lines of the body. Although a tasteful set of 16-17 in mag wheels can really look great on G-bodies like the Cutlass, Regal, El Camino, etc. I don't understand guys that are like "I'm gonna paint my '85 Cutlass candy green and put 22 in ultra shinny bling bling wheels on it with low profile tires". How about use that money to install a 350 crate motor and some custom wheels that actually complement the car?
