@4EverMusica its an org promoting we cut emmisions by 10% / year with some promo on 10th oct. or somink. they want to make some percentage of people support it and make the other percentage outcasts to make government make laws for it. (thats the point of the video: get a minority of supporters to be forceful enuf to force it onto everyone).
