"Adventures in the Emerald City" Storybook (Kansas/Munchkinland)

This video is the first in a series of four short videos using clips from the Волшебник Изумрудного Города (Adventures in the Emerald City) cartoon adaption of "The Wonderful Wizard of Oz", using narration from "The Wonderful Wizard of Oz Storybook" by Angela Lansbury.

This first video is about Ellie Smith, a young girl in Kansas, being whisked away to the Magic Land with her dog, Totoshka. She meets a good witch named Villina, who tells her that she must journey to the Emerald City and see the Great Wizard named James Goodwin. Ellie discovers that her house landed on Gingema, the Wicked Witch of the East. Villina gives Ellie the witch's magic slippers to take with her on her potentially dangerous journey through Oz.
