I have this game on PC, but whenever I try to load it up, it shuts down and reads that it has an error, is there a way I can fix this?

install and configure ePSXe emulator and play on pc

To listen to all the tracks of this game, you'll just have to put the PS1 Disc in a CD Player, and it works!

Oh well, that could be the case, it took some time to get it started on a new computer, seems like its not supported by some new graphic cards. I havent made the effort to try downloading specific drivers or softwares to make this game work,probobly there the problem is that I cant turn some of the filtering off. If the game doesnt start at all, you should try to find if you can find an application I had long time ago that logg what the spec. exefile is trying to reach and were it fails.

Yeah I already did that, but it didn't help none. Normally that does the trick with old games.

I wish the original to pc would have been mush more stabile, I really loved this game, it realy was a great simulated racing. I was 14 and this game was my best lesson in gameracing driving after palying it 24/7 to beat times, I installed it now, and for the first time I understood the quilifying race is the way to get pole position, but that realy maked the game waaay to easy even on the hardest level, therefor I download patches to get better opponents, now its fun to play again. :D

For computer?then it will work good after make dete executablefile spcar.exe compatible with windows 98, and its a piece of care, rightclick on spcar.exe and go to compability and fill in win 98 :)

You can also put your Sports Car GT CD from PC to a tape (Mini system/Micro System/CD Player) and you can hear all the soundtracks on the game via your CD Player, just put your CD in the CD Player, to have these tracks on your Mobile, MP3 or PC, put it in your computer.

I got this game today for my PS1, this game rocks!!

I got a PS1 and a Xbox 360 today, I don`t play Sports Car GT anymore, but I still like the game and PS1. I normally play on my Xbox 360.

I unlocked all the cars, except a Porsche where it says Mobil 1 with the flag of Germany on it. And MAYBE I didn`t unlock the Panoz Q9 but I`m not sure. (cause I didn`t play that game for a long time!)

I remembered this game also !!!

It's my first EA games and first racing car game on PC! It was in 1998 when I got my first computer with Pentium 2,64MB RAM, and unknown graphic card or none.

The game was laggy for me, below 15fps I guess, played at 320x240 resolution, It was very good game, I was really enjoy it......

I was 11 years old!
