did you get in??

@ProjectBerklee Graduated a couple years ago, now doing a masters degree :). I've since learned a thing or two about correcting lag/latency during recording as well. This is actually from an album that I performed on when I was 17 with Skip Prokop (mutli platinum/gold albums, juno award winner).

did you get a scholarship from UWO?

@ProjectBerklee No, they don't do scholarships for my program at the undergraduate level. I have one now though, more-or-less (as a graduate student).

that's awesome! im thinking of applying this year.. btw, for the guitar accompaniment, what exactly are they looking for? it would be great if you could give me some tips for the audition, bro!
thanks a lot!

@ProjectBerklee They are basically looking for rhythm guitar skills. I trained a student for the audition once who played Hendrix- Bold as Love. I did 5150 by Van Halen (no solo, just rhythm). I'd recommend not to do something really heavy (ie Meshugga). I'd assume something middle-of-the-road would do well. Think SRV, some of the most interesting John Mayer, Hendrix, Chilli Peppers, etc. Tasteful and catchy will go farther for your audition, imo. For the solo part, go nuts :).
