Shoot me an email if you think you can do it...This was my first time to try it...I admit that I am by no means in the type of shape to pull off this routine...but I will be on July 6th.

This is much much harder than it looks, I've done two rounds of insanity. The trouble is once you've done this, all other exercise classes/dvd's are too easy.
