Crab Cruiser Sub D Model

Here is something I've been working on recently. All work done in 3D Studio Max. Next step... Low Poly!

The Sand Crab Cruiser (Or just Crab Cruiser) is sort of a tachikoma / jet ski hybrid tank. It's a personnel carrier that is good for 1 ~2 persons designed for traversing off-road all terrain desert environments. This is a very elaborate prop for a new character model I'm working on. New tutorials are coming soon! No really I mean it!

sub d means subdivision surfaces. It's a method of creating 3D models leveraging a geometry smoothing method. I do all of my Sub D with turbosmooth modifier because then I can get a lot of geo in the scene at once without the computer slowing down.
