I just watched you on HGTV with Lytel on "Bang For Your Buck". You said that everyone wants a gas stove. I keep hearing that BROAD comment from realtors. I am somebody and I hate gas stoves. For the last 30+ years I have not used gas and I don't plan to ever use gas ever.

MJB.....I can appreciate that you feel strongly about an electric range....I have one myself. The majority of buyers want gas....that's what I was speaking to. Frankly I dont' fully understand the affinity for gas but that's the real world in kitchens today.
