If you haven't noticed there were 2 videos that said the same thing "[NFM 7th MEP] - What If - Part 5" The one with Cloud and Yuna was my first attempt, but then I misunderstood the rules of the mep ^^;; So that's why you heard the same song.
Also in each "catagory", the videos are in order from older to most recent :p
