JILL: With today's frazzled customers and crazy business environment, sellers need fresh strategies in order to be successful. But so many of them are on cruise control, doing the same thing they've always done, but getting diminishing returns.

JILL: Why do people hire me? Because their sales people need a wake up call and I do that really well. I'm provocative, I challenge their thinking, and I get them to see why change is an imperative. And then I show them rock-solid strategies they can use right away,

I recently did a session with a national account team who called on big companies like Walmart, afterwards the had an 87 percent closing ratio and they were pursuing meeting with high-level marketing executives.

The three most important things I focus on are number one: Insuring relevance; number two: creating urgency, and number three: developing credibility. It's at the foundation of everything I do.
