Where I come from... the only "Seafood City" I remember is that one on North Broad @ St. Bernard in New Orleans.
*Come to Seafood City, where everything is pretty,
Right there down on St. Bernahhhd,
Listen to Al Scarmuzza and you won't be a loozah,
1826 NORTH BROOOAD!*

people who work in this place are either FOBs or illegals... WTF?!

Why are people giving this shit? It's a market for goodness sake!
It's not like some boutique where there are sales associates say "Hello, may I help you?". It's just a place to buy food. gosh.

WTF!!!! I would never shop at this place if it didn't have such a huge seafood selection. I'm half Filipino btw and I get dirty looks every time I walk in this doesn't piss me off. No this doesn't my mom came up to visit me from the midwest and the staff treats her like sh**. I mean where is this so called Filipino hospitality I always hear about mainly the way I see it the workers are dicks .

seafood city is a slave driving unfair treatment to people kind of place.. no holiday pay, no bonuses, no direct deposit, u work 10 hrs and only allowed to take one break, wrk 6 days a week, and they only hire fobs and mexican citizens. they dont want to have a majority of american citizen employees they a union would form. i know people thay have been working there for years and still make minimum wage. hard workers in da meat and seafood dept that would be making double in other places.

ok naman ang mga taga glendale, pero ang baho ng mantika na ginagamit sa prito, mga once a week lang yata nagpapalit ng mantika yan mga yan...matipid kasi si BEHO!

My problem with seafood city is the freshness of the udon noodles. It's not fresh and stiff when I get it. I can get better udon in Raphels.. -_- And some products (mostly imports) you can tell (although they aren't expired) were purchased at a later date. Things like the drinks and sweet pastries I love. :D I'm happy with the variety.

In my area, the Seafood City employees consist mostly of old filipino men or like anti social teens/20 year olds. ._.; They seem like they are new immigrents. :o Service doesn't really effect me because I know where everything is.
Most Filipino women who work at Seafood City are retards. They dont have personality, you think they are mad at you. They should need customer service training for god's sake...
