GUIDING LIGHT - July 2009 "Positive"

Overview: Olivia confides in Doris that she and Natalia are going to come out to everyone at the Bauer Barbeque. A distressed Natalia tells Blake that she's pregnant with Frank's baby. Olivia promises Doris that she can find love too. Blake is there for Natalia in her time of need. Natalia is devastated when she finds out from a doctor at Cedars that she really is pregnant.

I'm enjoying seeing Doris get fleshed out more as a character.. I really hope she can find love before the end. How stupid is Jill Hurst? They haul Leccia into work pregnant day after day after day and just when she's going on maternity leave, they START her on screen pregnancy? I'd want to murder the idiots behind that brilliant idea.. I think this storyline could spell disaster for Otalia.. Just another bad storyline by a bad writing team.

I don't understand the freak out over this storyline. Yes, their will be more angst (hello soap opera), but at the end of the day I would bet that Olivia and Natalia will decide to raise the baby together (with Frank involved of course).
