I'm selling almost all my instruments for a big move, and I figured now was a time to finally do something like this-- I've been wanting to for quite awhile. This includes all the instruments I own (even if only for a brief three notes like the ocarina). All the parts were improvised as I recorded them, and filmed at the same time as they were recorded into my laptop (so if I messed up I would have to stop the camera and the DAW and start them both all over again!).

Instruments used:
-Dynamic drumkit with no crash cymbal, broken middle tom and replaced hihat
-Walden Hawthorne HO220 acoustic guitar
-Yamaki Deluxe Folk acoustic guitar (the much-loved one with the art all over it)
-Samick Corsair bass guitar
-Fender FM52-e electric/acoustic mandolin
-Tandy Concertmate-470 mini keyboard
-E-MU Proteus MPS Plus Orchestral keyboard (as heard in Myst)
-White Peavey Reactor tele-style electric guitar w/ "Little '59" single-size humbucker in the bridge (w/ added series/parallel toggle on tone knob)
-ESP LTD MH-50 electric guitar (tinfoil tape!)
-Some obscure gourd mbira/kalimba
-Equally obscure flat clay ocarina
-Hohner Pro Harp F# harmonica
-Shure SM58 to record everything (just one). Mixed in Cool Edit Pro and mastered with iZotope Ozone 3. Video edited with Adobe Premier CS4 (thanks to my brother Brian for providing the computing power to do so!).

  • You forgot to mention your litlle Casio SA-32!

I'm a pianist, and I started when I was 10 years on that!

Very good, please check out my channel!

    Greetings from portugal!

  • @TheTutomusic That was the Tandy Concertmate-470 actually, though it could be the same model as I know those old keyboards were often sold and marketed under different brand names. Cheers! :)

  • what prices are the instruments going for?

  • @Superstitiousboy Sorry, they were all sold shortly after this video (5 months or so ago)

  • @josiahtobin All of them?

  • @Superstitiousboy Yep, I was moving. I got rid of everything. They all sold pretty fast. This video wasn't really made to advertise that I was selling them; I think most of them were gone anyway by the time I posted this.
