@gwizzle1 Throughout the Gospels Jesus Christ is called God by others and, when people raise the issue of "Only God can do WHATEVER" Jesus says "yes, and look, I do whatever" clearly showing He identified Himself as God.

If that is her only reason (and I don't think it is - I think she agrees with his policies as well as being of a similar ethnic group) then she is a racist; and sure I can blame her for that! :)

Now, Oprah has her own channel on "hellivision" (ha ha) that promotes abortion and other veiwpoints such as commercials on vibrators and topical sex creams. Is it any wonder that all the communities of the world except those in English speaking countries (sometimes them as well) consider American women as selfish trollops? I'm not perfect, but I have sat here and watched our society be ruined by these "charlatans" for far too long. Bravo, M. Voris for speaking out on the horrid state of morality

@gwizzle1 @gwizzle1 I can't think of any biblical verses where Jesus out right says I am God but, there are many that imply it. If you have seen me, you have seen the father for example, of course he is speaking about God the father. Or when he asked the Apostale who do people think I am and than he ask, who do they (the apostles) think he is, to which Peter responds, You are the Christ (the Messiah or God), the son of the living God.

@bniagara yeah, my sister and father are heavy into this new age non-sense. And since they love to read, I found a book about Oprah, New Age and the Bible, which showcases all the false teachings of this new age doctrine. Needless to say, my sister and father has now stopped listening to Oprah's rubbish and has gone back to church.

@gwizzle1 In John 8:58 Jesus states "Before Abraham was, I AM"

I AM is also used in the Old Testament, Exodus 3:14, when Moses asks who he is talking to, God responds "I AM that I AM"

To note, immediately after Jesus states this, the Jews immediately attempt to stone Him to death as this claim was assumed to be blasphemous
