  • I'm guessing that the poster of this video assumes that global warming is not a natural phenomenon and that the planet wouldn't be warming up if not for humans.

Funny, because the planet used to be a LOT warmer before the last ice age, and before the one before that. We're still coming out of the ice age. That takes longer than 20,000 years to come out of an ice age, and the planet is going to warm up continuously during that time.

  • Those bad Furrets need to leave the Pikachus alone!!!!

  • Cute little lagomorphs! I do indeed find this sad...and the weasels can't be too happy about it either. I've seen them (and many other beautiful animals) up in Alaska's Denali National Park.

It is good to see MSM doing a piece on their plight. Thanks for passing it on.

  • I hope something will be done to save them. It would be an awful loss.

  • lol, i'm doing my gr.7 public speaking on Pikas

  • Pikas rock! Very cool. Nice to know that even mainstream media is aware of sensitive species being killed off by global warming. The high country will be a lonesome place without these critters.

  • so they are going extinct huh?
