PUSHMATAHA COUNTY NIGHTMARE

First video of my continuing battle to regain access to my home and 170 acres of land in Pushmataha County Oklahoma. On September 3, 2010, a District Court Judge ruled that OKDOT data and testimony from a County Commissioner regarding the width of a County Road was not sufficient enough evidence, and ruled that the County Road could be no narrower than 24 Feet. The order is now awaiting to be heard at the Oklahoma Civil Appeals. But even with the 24 FT decision, 2 surveys show that we have legal access to our property right next to the disputed ingress gate. However, the property owner that I'm in dispute with has placed posts in concrete narrowing the County Road to 20 FT and blocking me from my property. Elected County officials have chose to do nothing.

I can only imagine your frustration, I move to New York and the red tape here to get anything done makes you jump through legal hoops I never imagined.

open your fence set up a feeder, and allow that free ranging cattle to "wander" onto your property. Then start butchering cows. I saw the break in videos and can offer a way to handle your problem that will put a stop to it for good.

When all is said and done, your house is built and the law finds in your favor, I would buy land next to his and start a HUGE fuxxing pig farm right next to his house, sue the pants off his axx and kick his mangy dog everytime I saw it!
