Television personality Micah McCains first job was as spokesperson for the Big Brothers of Greater Los Angeles at age nine. His multiple appearances on NBCs Starting Over as a motivational speaker, as a recurring roundtable guest on E!s number one rated show Chelsea Lately as a celebrity lifestyle critic and as the house fashion stylist for the hit UK show California Dreaming were just some of the MANY credits that led McCain to the multi-contract role of spokesperson for Sunsilk and their hands-on national muti-media award winning Get Hairapy campaign which focused on creating better individual selves through better choices. This year Micah was a stand out cast member of Bravos hit reality show Work Out where his mission of bettering himself and inspiring others to do the same, came to fruition on a national level once again.

Among a guest starring role in the series premiere season of Kath & Kim with Molly Shannon, John Michael Higgins and Selma Blair, other credits include Las Vegas opposite Molly Sims and Vanessa Marcil, as a recurring pop-culture comedian on Best Week Ever and as host of Flavor of Love 2s Style Central. McCain also recently completed multiple pilots including: Vivica A. Foxs new fashion show Glam God and the extreme lifestyle make-over show Viva La Diva. Micahs live credits include working with Tony Dow, Marcia Wallace, Pauley Perrette. Judy Tenuta, Cyndi Lauper and Julie Brown (among MANY others) while hosting and performing at The Improv, Caesar's Palace, The House Of Blues and multiple appearances to the 17,376 person sold out crowds at The Hollywood Bowl.

His inspiring and touching one-man shows have been seen coast to coast and his writing and commentary have been featured across the country in: Cosmopolitan, In Touch Magazine, Star Magazine (for good reasons, thank you!) and Life & Style.
