    No man, Steve Jobs didn't worked hours alone programming Doom, Steve Jobs just had the capacities to sell things to people, he isn't like Carmack, he's not an engineer.

    Steve Jobs was a pretentious, megalomaniac prick. John Carmack is a down-to-earth guy who's only a god in the mind of the programmers he meets, not his own.

    they both did. But the fact that Steve Jobs rescued Apple from the brink of Oblivion, can't be denied. He also created the Macintosh.. one of the finest computer of it's day. Apple pioneered a lot of tech we use today

    Being a programmer, this is very interesting. Some people may find technical issues boring and difficult to comprehend, but for me, these issues are probably one the most interesting things when it comes to computer games.

    Steve Jobs is the salesman, it's Steve Wozniak who did all the early Apple designs (and never got as much credits as he deserved).
