@annib00 I think Gordon's original is better although Eddie's version is as close as can be to the original which indicates his satisfaction with the original. He doesn't try to improve on it.

oh i get that but if you watch the movie at the begging it says original music by eddie vedder ,,,,and he never give the credit to the people who write or proform these song originally

Wow such profound words! You don't understand
the fact that Eddie just exposed millions of youngsters to a great song that they may never of heard. Trust me you have to know Vedder and or Pearl Jam has "covered" a ton of good music...Stuff that influenced the band or touched there lives along the way! Stay positive Les
