Janet Vogel was terrific. I heard somewhere that it was her idea to sing those highnotes at the end of the song because, she said, "there were too many "yous" and there needed to be "something more." She was right.

I hope to God this film gets made. It's high time Janet and the Skyliners got their just due. And why the HELL are they not inducted into the R&RHOF yet?? I knew those people who decide who gets in and who doesn't were stupid, but jeez!

When someone says you can't you need to show them you can. This is a story that needs to be told and you will must make that happen.

I hope we get to see this movie - and soon; I have read the script and it is awesome. If anyone wonders why this lady needs to be remembered, aside from the compelling story, list to "Another Night Alone," a single she recorded as Janet Deane in 1963. That's real heartbreak in her voice and the reality of the lyrics is far deeper than what you hear. Good luck and success to you and this film. This story needs to be told.
