  • What if it was a RENTED truck?

He should sue in federal court under the 14th amendment.

  • go to congress dot org and write your elected officials to tell them that you want this practice ended.

  • I guess rappers got something right:

    "fuck the police!

    fuck the police!

    fuck the police!

    fuck,fuck, fuck the police!"

    *chorus*

  • is it not like rico laws pushed by conservative law makers.the party of freedom ??

  • @dedicateddad oh thats fucked up.

  • Ain't it enough they get my check before I do? Now they want my stuff?

  • This is one of many issues that Constitutional Conservatism is attempting to correct.

Any normal CHILD can see this is WRONG. Nothing more than state-sanctioned theft, but nothing new.

I knew a man 20+ years ago who owned a commercial-fishing boat, like "dangerous catch." Coasties boarded, searched, found ONE JOINT in a crewman's bag. Siezed the boat, sold it, pocketed cash. He still owed $500k+, Bankrupt, 10 crew unemployed, and so on.

Elections fail? 2nd Amendment is there for a reason.

  • @whoo689 Reminds me of the Great Leap Forward and the Cultural Revolution.

  • 02:40

    "Legal Fiction"?

WHEN THE FUCK ARE THEY GOING TO GET REAL!?!

  • How is it, that this law isn't challenged on constitutional grounds. This is CLEARLY a violation of the fifth amendment..."...nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law..."
