For example, polar bear populations are increasing (60 percent live on land, not ice!), the temperature DID drop during western industrialisation last century, ice cores DO show that temperature leads carbon concentrations, human contribution to the global warming effect really IS less than one percent. YOU, sir, are the fraud!

This guy touches his nose a lot in this video. Then again I wonder if the science and studies of signs of lying are biased against people like Lord Monckton and disregard the idea that perhaps some people do have a genetic condition that makes them more prone to touching their noses at varying speeches. I must admit I never saw the study itself that found the current consensus that touching of the nose is a sign of lying.

You have not done your research, monkton is an oil company shill. If GW is man made as 99% of experts say it is the oil companies look bad as fossil fuel is the main culprit. Tobacco companies did the same for yours paying scientists to deny tobacco was harmful, the tobacco companies knew about the harmful effects of smoking for over 20 years this is the same trick.
