  • are the blades on an angle to the disk to get the spin? im a wee bit confused as to how it works

  • blades are at 90 degrees in this case and disc randomly starts spinning clockwise or counterclockwise.Tilting blades increases disc speed and it turns only one way ,in direction of tilt.

  • Power comes from small 6 watt air purifier,which sends high voltage to blades .Corona develops on tips of blades and spins plastic disk.You can see that air purifier on my "fun with high voltage"videos
