The scriptures in the Quran that open the door to Muslim's allowance to lie and deceive are Quran 16:106 (contradicted by 107), and, Quran 3:28 (which makes a Muslim a hypocrite around Christians and Jews by having them ONLY as friends OF Christians and Jews IF they "guard themselves against them" (the Christians and Jews). Quran 3:28 FORCES the Muslim into a creepy hypocrite around Christians and Jews.
