CapeK9Cardio Group Dog Running Service Video. http://www.capek9cardio.com/dog-exercise See the effects of running on three dogs. Two large breed dogs, a labrador and an Akita - German Shepherd mix, and a small breed dog - a Jack Russell Terrier. All dogs ran 3 miles during this video on Cape Cod. We ran the Falmouth Shining Sea Bikeway. Dog exercise contributes to your dogs overall well-being. It provides an outlet for energy and gives them a job that involves intense mental and physical exertion. Dogs who exercise regularly are more stable and well behaved. Like dog behaviorist Cesar Millan says "Exercise, discipline then affection, in that order."
