I love ALF. I love Shannon. I don't agree with her though when she says there are enough advocates for humans. Not because there aren't, but because there is no difference between all life. Human issues are the same in many ways to all Animals. The ALF movement is also fighting for humans, so I don't think making it seem like animal liberation isn't helping humans, though that might not be her point, is a good thing.

Veganism includes the good FOR humans, not just non-humans.

Eating meat increases the chance of heart attack, stroke, heart disease and several types of cancers. No insults, no name-calling. That's what I found out. I also found out that vegans and vegetarians do NOT need protein supplements or pills. Also, when was this movie released? It was done great. Go animal Liberation.

lol. Also our digestive system tells us that we are omnivors. Meat shouldn't be eaten in the excess that it is now, but it is still part of what we are supposed to eat.

Guess what Chimpanzees eat.

We are made to be preditors, our body shows us. Our eyes are situated on the front of our head, not the sides, a key piece of evidence that shows that we are made to hunt. Also, our teeth are incisors, canine and molars, showing that we are made to eat both plants and animals.

We are omnivors, built to eat both plants and animals full stop.
