  • it's a shame, it's a drink with such a rich history and taste really subtle and delicious. Too bad the current young generation think of it as an old person's drink

  • Japanese sake has its own unique style - I hope that brewers do not betray the cultural history of sake just to make a quick buck. Japanese rice wine is excellent - mellow and refined.
