David Gilmour: Castellorizon Solo Cover

Daivd Gilmour uses a Pete Cornish G-2 on this solo, which is a germanium fuzz. So, instead of using the Large Beaver, I'm using the MXR Distortion +, which is also a germanium overdrive pedal. I think it sounds pretty good overall. Like all of my solos, it lacks studio-added reverb.

Both of my guitars are based around David Gilmours setup (actually all of my gear is) I have a video that showcases the differences between both guitars search my vids for strat comparison. The EMG have more sustain and more flexibility but my black guitar has Custom Shop Fat 50s and sounds more organic.

Well I havent spent time on covers lately since im playing with my band and writing music. next time something comes out, it will probably be original songs :)
