I honestly prefer this version. The original instrumental was out of this world, but the xylophone was just too prominent for the listener to get immersed in the story. That's not even a flaw, because it would probably have worked great with another song. This beat comes nowhere near to Q-Tip's production abilities, but in my opinion, it's more suited to this song.
