@SaintJulietCapulet actually she is not banned any more. Chinese can watch her works in cinema
-
@TheMadTeaCosy89 you pretty much ruin this movie for everyone that haven't seen it yet.
-
not because it supported "the enemy in war"- - i don't think they care about this since they've controlled the whole mainland, but because there are too many sex scenes. And actually this movie is allowed in China, but of course in a bowdlerized version
-
@SaintJulietCapulet cuz, fck the chinese government, they deserve to suck a dick.
-
@SaintJulietCapulet : did they say anything about Tony Leung?
-
I could care less about Kuang, such a sissy. And there was no chemistry between them AT ALL. But between Yee and Wang.. the flirtations were mesmerizing and the sex was ELECTRIFYING!! Look, the truth is, women are attracted to alpha-males.

my mother loved this movie.

@niajhabenson7 If you like Ang Lee then you should def see this. I found this movie to be very beautiful but I can understand how it is not for everyone. I am going to suggest you rent/buy it.

It's so sad-- the actress was really good, but she was banned from china's acting industry because the movie apparently supported "the enemy in war." I think that's a bit harsh for a punishment, don't you think?
