For me, Deus Ex was always connected with Unreal (engine), and i am really sad that it's gone...

This game deserves more credit than it gets. Once you reach the half-way point, the story becomes really awesome!

I remember watching this back in the day and my response was
"Wh...what?..I dont....oh no :( "

Love the ending of this trailer.

@Fatman311 Steam at the time was pretty primitive and was pretty much exclusive to only VALVe titles.
The first non VALVe game I remember getting published on Steam was Ragdoll Kung Fu, an indie casual game.

DX2 is a FPS with RPG elements and a quite strong story, no more nor less, imo

Hmm. If Ion Storm had put their games on Steam the moment they could, do you think they'd have survived?

This exactly shows what Deus Ex shouldn't be: A brainless shooter.

There wasnt some talking before the shooting. That helped you decide who to shoot, but thats about it. Lets pray DX3 is better

I love both games, despite dx2 being quite different.Perhaps dx3 will be something special.
even with the departure of W.Spector and Unreal technology.

Im glad the unreal technologies gone, it didnt do many favours for DX2, which was considered by many angry DX fans (myself included) designed for the xbox over pc. And Im not sure how great DX3 will be without Spector and Ion Storm, I just pray itll be more like DX and less like DX2. DX2 wasnt bad, but it wasnt a worthy sequel to DX in my eyes, not at all.

That game was so awesome. I'm greatly anticipating DX 3.
