Dr Rajan Sankaran's exclusive interview and THE OTHER SONG Book Launch on Times Now Channel. Talk is about the THE OTHER SONG BOOK which is written for Doctors as well as lay people.

What is it that makes each one of us who we are? What is it that makes each of us feel, perceive, experience, and act in our own unique manner? What is the real cause of the stress in your life? Renowned homoeopathic physician Dr. Rajan Sankaran has been working on these questions in his practice for the last three decades and has made some startling discoveries. He found that stress comes not from external reality but the specific way each of us perceives it. At the deepest level our experience is not of outer reality, but is a constant inner sensation. This core sensation matches something from one of the three kingdoms in nature. It is as if a specific animal, plant, or mineral lives in each one of us and colors our whole experience of life. It is our constant companion, the other song that keeps singing within us, shapes our personality, determines our life patterns, and is the underlying factor behind our stress. Dr. Sankaran sets down the knowledge that decades of seeing patients have taught him about the inner other song within each of us in order to guide the reader to awareness of his own other song and find release from it. Price - $ 50 The Other Song - Discovering your parallel self Stress does not come from external reality but from the manner in which we experience it. And we each experience it in a different, completely unique way. When we probe deeper and deeper into our own experience of stress, we traverse different levels of experience of the world, and all that is temporary fades as a level is reached of a constant inner pattern in our lives which underlies all of our experience. This pattern reveals itself as a constant underlying sensation, felt in both the mind and the body at the same time and eventually expressed in clinically recognizable disease. This pattern or sensation reveals itself as the pattern or energy of something in nature a plant, an animal, or a mineral. Along with our natural human song, another song plays within each of us. This other song drives our emotions, dreams, ambitions, work, relationships, illnesses, and even our circumstances. Dr. Rajan Sankaran guides us into a world of discovery of the inner world of our experience, where we can go beyond the story, the emotions, the situations and the physical pains to find the common sensation underlying all of these and discern the essence of something in nature, which is often concealed within human expressions. By paying attention to the words we use, the manner in which we describe our pain (It is a gripping pain) or circumstance (It is a suffocating relationship), the hand gestures we unconsciously use when describing the experience, or even the doodles we make, we can perceive more and more the other song, the song that is causing stress, or dis-ease, and determining nearly everything in our lives. Awareness of this songs theme is the way to reduce its intensity and its effect on us. As this happens, we can come out of the fixed melody that rules our lives and have the freedom to be in the now. • @Kakajikakaji: if we can't speak something good about someone, atleast we should not speak bad abot them. Either lead, or follow or move out.

  • Sucker talks a lot without any substance. He has done more harm to Homeopathy than rest of the other contemporary homeopaths combined(in the last 150 years)
