The techniques is called Active Release Technique - For Nerve Entrapments. The protocol can only be taught by certified ART instructors but a quick overview is that you find the entrapment site. Then alternate between shortening and lengthening the nerve length on either side of the entrapment site while holding tension on the entraping muscle in the opposite direction that the nerve is lengthening. Call us in the studio and I'll tell you how to get this issue taken care of - if you need it.
