How to Avoid Products from China and GMO Foods

Those long numbers in the barcodes and the other numbers really mean something. In certain cases you can tell if the produce in GMO'd. And you can always tell where the product is from. Here is a quick reference for the origin of the product: * 690-692, made in China . * 00 -- 09, made in USA and Canada * 30 -- 37, made in France. * 40 -- 44, made in Germany. * 47..., made in Taiwan. * 49, made in Japan. * 50, made in the U.K.

every bar code a 666 in it... i mean every bar code ...its the doubled lines that are longer than the other parts ... they drop lower into the numbers.... what for???! gmo foods....chem spraying in the air over every major city on the globe... fluoride and antibiotics and other medical slurry in the water... mercury and cancer viruses in vaccinations'

Wrong...you can find all of this info is in fact NOT TRUE if you pay attention and do some research..bar codes do NOT tell you what is GMO nor are they always correct about which country they were made in.

Does anyone know a website that lists products that are only made in the USA or that are union made in the US ? I want to support those products but can't find a comprehensive list. I just watched the Big One ( old Michael Moore documentary - I think Moore has become a hypocrit but the doc. was good - Nike showed no remorse in refusing to have factories here and expolitation of 14 yr olds in Indonesia-reprehensible and I will never buy Nike and will spread this around .

That's really great info and I never heard that before. It's important to know where the food comes from and if it 's genetically modified. The consumer should stay in control and know what they buying, however companies mask their products just to sell them. Keep it coming Marcus, you're my favorite food channel!
