you could have done MUCH more than that looked like you were doing it easily.. I am 17 5'10 164lbs and can do 3x6 with 55's and im much smaller than you.

you are turning or (supinating) way too soon.this is almost a regular dumbell military press.and concentration excercises were meant to be very slow and CONCENTRATED!

Supination, starts at the start of the movement and trust me I was going slow. Everyone has a right to there own opinion if you wish to do them differently that's up to you, this is the technique that I prefer.

Tried this one out for the first time today and its a really good exercis. it feels great both for your shoulders and your arms :)

It's a great exercise when you concentrate on good form, one of my favorite shoulder exercises.
