He is a nice guy, but regarding the sources of Jewish rights for Jewish land he, as well as all other paid professionals, made legal mistakes that are suicidal for Israel.

When he started talking about the SOURCES of the Jewish rights, he gets completely contradictory to himself and gave us deadly WRONG information:

1) If one Britain can't give the rights in Balfour letter, so there is no legal difference for Britain + France (+ others without Jews and without Arabs), as it was in San Remo.

2) There were much more regarding Palestine in Paris then in San Remo. Besides, Jews and Arabs were officially present in Paris, but not in San Remo.

3) There is nothing new regarding Mandate for Palestine in San Remo - Entente members just mentioning (repeated) there what was done in Paris.

4) There are still more than two years after San Remo till the beginning of the work on the Mandate for Palestine!
