Jaybird got pushed to far by the bossman. The boss was giving him a bad reference so he couldn't find a job. The boss made it personal. Denied him of his livelihood. The bossman wasn't only greedy, he was mean spirited, vindictive. I think any murder is terrible, but I'd be lying if I said a smile didn't come across my face when I heard about it.
