in which Jonathan Martin is duscussing a Spanish-language ad of Barack Obama's. In the ad, Obama lies about at least two quotes attributed to Limbaugh, which Obama claims evidence's his racism: But forgets to mention that Rush's "Law" concerning allegedly Medican immigrants, was really Mexico's laws on immigration INTO Mexico.

The Limbaugh laws are the same in Mexico towards foreigners (I'm Mexican). The only one I would not comply is relinquishing my private property rights. I want to move to the US and proceed my research on computer science and solar energy and, eventually, get patents on that. Also, I am a translator and speak 3 other languages (besides Spanish and English): German, Russian and French. According to Limbaugh, the conservative Americans would not mind my presence in their country, is that right?

Mr. Limbaugh, what degree did your ancestors had when they came to this country? How much money did they have in their pockets? Did they leave Europe because they had a good life there? Your memory seems to fail you. THEY were immigrants, too. Also, why do illegal immigrants come here today? Simply because there are corrupt lawful American citizens who HIRE THEM -to pay them lower wages, of course. They should be prosecuted in the first place. The problem starts at home, Mr. ignorance.

Yes, it's sad that some brown-skinned people will be inconvenienced, but it's to be expected under the circumstances. Mexico has been devolving into a violent wasteland ruled by lawless cartels and Americans are fearful of the violence spilling over the border. Public approval for SB 1070 has been near 70%, so there is widespread support for it. Let's face it, the word 'Mexican' has a very negative connotation attached to it these days.
