But this only works in Google Chrome Browser, not with any other browser like IE..

@joisnaveen You only need Chrome for the initial configuration. Print jobs are sent from the Google Cloud Print website and hence can be issued from any browser.

Can it also print from CorelDraw ,Photoshop softwares directly or indirectly (that is uploading the file manually)?

@labnol just wondering, does the printer itself need to be connected to the internet? that is, does this work on non wifi/network cable enabled printers? because all my printers are still not wifi enabled and i am not managing to print anything.. Thanks..!

@labnol ,ok first time i need to be config form chrome, later i can use IE.....what ever the reason, needs to be installed the Chrome browser..thats what i hate....its ok i try...
