I know some people may have already found this, and if you have, PLEASE don't comment. Anyway, this is a hidden tower in Faerieland, with outrageous prices. That's all there is to it. Oh yeah, and, as you can see, you can buy paint brushes and extremely rare items there.

wanna know how to get 3,260,000 np, even if u have 0 np now? all u gotta do is earn 10,000 np a day. and a lot of that money is really easy to get. for example, you can get 900 of it in a few seconds but playing fashion fever. u dont even have to play it... just press start game-end game-send score. i find that the sponsored ad games are the best. they are easy to beat and they give u lots of np. so, if u decide to do this method like i am, i wish u good luck :)

Faerie Land changed so go to the Faerie Land on the map, click on Faerie City, and move your mouse to Faerie Bubbles and move it slowly higher and to the left and click. There you go (Thumbs Up if this helped)
