points 1 and 2 are good except that no one would put an old lady on the top floor of a 25 floor flat, if she hurt herself, they (i.e the council) would be liable. i'd understand 5 or maximum 7 because i've seen it myself but not 25 floors, in this case they do have a choice. point 3, well all i can say is 5 or 7 floors isn't that bad even if it doesn't deassemble. my point still stands.

i'm pissed that i couldn't skip this advert on 4od and it wasn't even a good one so here are the errors, or here's how unrealistic it is, an old lady living in a 25 floor flat, i'm 100% sure there'd be a lift and i'm sure most couches can be deassembled and reassembled as needed. ..booyah, i feel better
