Nicaraguan Soul

We were lucky to visit Jinotega, Nicaragua last week. Our job was to document Mision Para Cristo and all the FANTASTIC things they do for that beautiful country. This is a silly little video we filmed in between our other outings and it magically turned out nice. Shot with the Nikon D7000 as you could have guessed, using only the stock Nikkor zoom lens and the E-series 28mm. Color correction done in After Effects and edited in CS5.5.

Thanks for the awesome post, I am returning to mision para cristo this year and a friend and I that went last year are leading the trip over spring break for Harding (I noticed an HU shirt in the video). I had in mind to document the trip through pictures and video and decided to see if it had been done before. Obviously so, again I thank you for the great posts and feel it especially important in this day an age to document the missions that so many become a part of.
