Ummm... the Wego is not "banned everywhere." It's still allowed on our local lake. I just had mine out a week ago.

Flying tubes in general are banned on lakes maintained by the Army Corp of Engineers, and in *some* local jurisdictions. There are still perfectly legal in many areas.

oooh i bought a manta ray in Australia and i dont think they are banned anywhere cause i use it all the time but im not sure because in Adelaide i cant find any boat rules or anything espcially to do with the manta ray
