I'm getting dog tired of this idea from video game censorship groups that violent games promote violence. I'm also sick of this idea that banning these so-called "over the top" video games will save our youth from being pressured to go out and kill people.

  • metal gear solid 4 does the same thing at loads screens tells u to take a 5

  • @GammaWALLE Dumbass, im 13 and 90% of my games are M-Rated Games, understand that many are responsible and trusted unlike you who i guess only gets to played E-Rated games and doesnt know what good games, you stupid cunt

  • @DoIphZiggler commiting violence in video games isn't the same as doing it in real life. like if I pick up a gun,I can't aim and shoot it like I can in a video game, because I have to properly aim the gun, calibrate the distance of me and the target,as well as knowing where the wind is blowing and how hard it is. we gamer's defend games from assholes like you that knows nothing about games and is to ignorant to see that violence has been around since we first came into existence.

  • If you don't believe a game like CoD or GTA doesn't promote violence, you are an idiot. Violent games can enable people to commit violent acts just as movies and music can.

Gamers only come in defense of games because, well, they're gamers.

  • i agree with u undertaker freak im lou i think something needs to be done about censorship censoring anything is not part of america i love

  • actually the things that you described in your story have been going on for a long time. In Simpsons there's plenty of violence, but no swearing, Alice Cooper was forced to change his style from ''glam'' to horror, though he was singing about how he love the dead and all that shit, at least he wasn't dressing like a quare anymore

  • Exactly. Playing COD doesn't make me wanna go shoot someone anymore than Super Mario makes me wanna jump on turtles and smash my head into bricks

  • Well speaking of a game saying that you should take a break like Maple Story after a certain amount of time. The 3ds port of Legend Of Zelda Ocarina of Time has a similar feature where the fairy character Navi says it is time to take a break after playing for a few hrs.

  • Now there's some dumb-fuck governor who wants to put an extra 1% tax on "violent" video games. Well, now what the FUCK is that supposed to do?!
