Raw nuts and seeds like black walnut, black sesame seed, black quinoa (yes, it's a seed, not a grain), and pumpkin seeds are great jing foods. I like the raw eggs and raw butter suggestion (they are more yang/jing nourishers in my opinion). Black rice is a good yin jing grain.
Wild blueberries are a great additional yin jing food. It's interesting that research shows them as EXCELLENT for your brain in enhancing cognition/memory. My suspicion as to why that is is that they also preserve Shen :)
