These are training drills to condition and strengthen the shoulders, arms, hands, fingers, etc. We are using a very simple and inexpensive tool, a bundle of chopsticks. To secure the chopsticks you use a little duct tape at both ends. These are some of the simpler more rudimentary drills. There are various other drills that use different angles and footwork.
