Pakistan consist of 4 provinces, but was heavy for all states of India before,,,because Pakistan were having heart feeling, and great zeal of common people, but now, Pakistan and India, both have NP, but Pakistan lost the love of common people, people have no more zeal and spirit, as they were having before. May be some one will deny it,,,but its not to deal with dialogues, it can be prove in real.
